Rising Star Sales Competition
Rising Star is an annual internal sales competition put on Inkeros. The competition spans over 6 months and starts with 300+ sales reps from all across Canada. They are judged on key metrics such as sales performance, training completion, and conduct & character.
Top 50
From 300+ sales reps, the competition then gets narrowed down to the top 50, who get announced and crowd recognition at the annual Growthink National Conference.
Top 10
From there, the race is on to make it to the top 10. The competition ends here and the top 10 win an all expenses paid vacation to the annual BOB (Best of the Best) event, held at various tropical locations around the Caribbean. This gives them the opportunity to network with the organizations leadership team, participate in workshops to sharpen their skills, and most of all, have a lot of fun!
The Recap
On top of motivating our sales reps, and providing the winners with a super cool experience, the competition also gives us the opportunity to create some pretty cool content. For example, in 2024 we decided to take a reality TV approach and used the BOB trip to produce Rising Star 2024: Paradise Island
